Ingredients

1/3 cup oyster sauce
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/3 lemon juice
freshly minced garlic
1/2 block firm tofu
Chinese boc choy vegetable, cabbage or snow peas
Chinese mushrooms
red capsicum
1/2 onion
1 lemon
fresh garlic
fresh vegan oyster sauce, soya sauce, vege salt
steamed rice

Lemon Tofu Stir Fry Directions

  1. Cut tofu into 2cm x .5cm blocks and marinate the following: Mix: 1/3 cup oyster sauce .5 teaspoon soya sauce 1/3 lemon juice freshly minced garlic
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of soya, oyster sauce, lemon juice & garlic
  3. Sauté, garlic, ginger, diced onion, capsicums in a little olive oil
  4. Add a little sauce
  5. Add tofu and stir-fry a little until just turning brown
  6. Add remaining vegies and sauce
  7. Shredded boc choy is to be added just before serving (it shrinks)
  8. Serve on a bed of cooked rice
